Project Brief:
Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with associated dining and shopping facilities. Total site area 15,000m².
Construction of a 34-storey apartment complex comprising of 204 units, 3-storey retail and commercial podium, 3 levels of basement car parking for 84 car spaces, and a rooftop terrace.
The Challenge:
The builder will be using our Penatech HS Plus to level the floors of all the bathrooms and wet areas of all 204 apartments. Once the floor is level, they will be installing pre-fabricated POD bathrooms, then pouring more HS Plus underneath to fill any voids.
The Solution:
Keep in regular contact with the builder to check their current stock levels. If levels are low, retrieve a new PO to place a new order in time so the build stays on time. Organise regular site visits to suggest other products that can be supplied throughout the build (i.e., floor toppings in other areas).
