Construction of a 34-storey apartment complex comprising of 204 units, 3-storey retail and commercial podium, 3 levels of basement car parking for 84 car spaces, and a rooftop terrace.

Final stage redevelopment of the $655 million Ballarat Base Hospital. The project involved the supply of a complete commercial flooring system, including primers, moisture and vapour barriers, waterproofing membranes, engineered screeds, and self-levelling compounds.
