Project Brief:

Description: “Construction of a Multi Storey residential complex with associated dining and shopping facilities. Total site area 15,000m2”

Construction of a 60 story hotel that will have a combination of 265 hotel suites and 367 residential apartments, multiple eateries along with gym, pool and sauna. From ground to level 17 will be the 5 star hotel and remaining floors will be residential apartments.

Total area size : 2307m2

The Challenge:

This draws down on our particular material supply and application area. An example could be – The builder needs to level all 324 units as the floor tolerances are out between 10mm to 40mm. The areas once rectified will need to have carpet and tiles applied in all habitable areas.

As the contractoris only using our Econopro materials via pump truck, the main challenges that we are currently facing will be making sure we have enough notice so we can have enough stock to send to site and to organise freight.

The Solution:

This is where we add what we have suggested/specified etc. You could also include any substrate preparation steps that may be required, grinding, priming etc.

Keep in regular contact with both the contractor and with Hychem to check their current stock levels, if levels are low retrieve a new PO to place a new order in time so build stays on time. Once we have PO will need to arrange suitable days and times to delivery due to site delivery restrictions.

Customer Benefits – Key Points :

In here I would comment on things like the support they received from RLA throughout the duration of the project. Things like Site Inspections, onsite technical assistance, ease of dealing with RLA with ordering and stock on site on time when required.

I have visited this once so far while the contractor was pumping our material. He mentioned that the material pumps great from the truck and flows beautifully. The delivery of the stock can be a bit difficult at times but that is due to the builders restrictions. Overall he is very happy with our product at the support he gets from us.

Builder / Contractor Feedback:

If they are/were interested the builder or contractor could add small comments or accolades on the project or dealing with RLA. An example may be, “The material was great to use and went down really well” or “The onsite support from RLA was whast made the difference on this project. Having the site inspections meant that we were confident we were using the material in accordance with the manufacturers expectations”
