Garden Lock will keep your garden or pots looking neat & tidy whilst reducing ongoing maintenance. Water based & UV resistant. Provides an excellent bond to river stones, pebbles and garden chips locking then into place. Water will still penetrate through the cured binder, to keep the soil and garden bed moist.
